Growify complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data protection laws. This page summarises your rights and how we handle your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. For users in Turkey, we also provide a KVKK Aydınlatma Metni (Law No. 6698).

Your rights under GDPR

• Right of access – You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification – You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure – You can request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
• Right to restrict processing – You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain cases.
• Right to data portability – You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (e.g. via the data export in your account).
• Right to object – You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

How to exercise your rights

You can manage much of your data from your account (profile, subscription, data export). For access, deletion, or other requests, contact us at privacy@growify.tr or via our Contact page. We will respond within 30 days.

Legal basis and data retention

We process your data on the basis of contract (service delivery), consent where required, and legitimate interests (security, limits enforcement). We retain data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country (e.g. in Germany: the competent Landesdatenschutzbehörde).
