By using Growify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Growify is an AI-powered product management and optimization platform for Shopify stores. It provides: product sync with your store; AI optimisation of titles, descriptions and SEO (meta) fields; image finder (stock images); pricing and competitor/market analysis; CSV export; and related features – all subject to your plan limits (e.g. max products, max stores, AI credits, image searches, competitor analyses, exports per month).

Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the selected cycle (monthly or yearly). Payment may be processed via Stripe, PayPal, PayTR or iyzico, as offered. You may start with a free trial; after the trial, payment is required to continue. You may cancel at any time from your subscription page. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (if any) as stated at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to violate any laws, or to infringe others' rights. You must not abuse the API, circumvent plan limits, or use the Service to send spam or malicious content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Growify and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us. You retain ownership of your store and product data. By using the Service, you grant us the license necessary to sync, process, and display your data for providing the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content is provided for assistance only; you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before publishing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
