Growify ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Shopify product optimization platform. Data controller: Maldia Creative.

Information we collect

We collect: (1) Registration and profile: email, name, (optional) phone, company, country, language, password (stored hashed). (2) Stores and products: Shopify store domain and name, API access tokens (stored encrypted), product data you sync (titles, descriptions, prices, stock, images, SEO fields) for sync, AI optimization, pricing and market analysis. (3) Subscriptions and payments: plan, billing cycle, payment history (amount, currency, gateway, date); payment card details are processed by payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, PayTR, iyzico), we do not store full card numbers. (4) Usage and limits: AI credit use, image search count, competitor analysis count, export count, product and store counts – for plan limits and fair use. (5) AI and third-party services: product text may be sent to AI providers (e.g. Groq, Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) for optimization; search terms to image APIs (e.g. Unsplash, Pexels) for image finder. (6) Contact form: name, email, subject, message. (7) Security and audit: login and action logs, IP address, for security and legal compliance.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and improve the service, enforce plan limits, process payments, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Shopify access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to sync and update your store as you request. We apply industry-standard measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account and data from profile and account settings; you can also request a data export (GDPR portability). For GDPR/KVKK: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and right to object. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use session cookies for authentication and preferences; they are necessary for the service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention

We retain data as long as needed for the service and legal obligations (e.g. tax and commercial law); thereafter data is deleted or anonymised.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the updated text and "Last updated" date will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
